How can we help you?

  • Why do your quotes have Boviet brand solar panels?

We can get just about any panel on the market, some are obviously better than others and some will of course cost more than others.  Over more than a decade now, we have seen dozens of solar panel manufacturers come and go.  Even some really BIG names that you would never expect to pull the plug.  We have a long history with Boviet and know them to be an outstanding, reliable manufacturer that does not compromise on quality.  Boviet has a variety of products to offer for any application.  Boviet is also on the Bloomberg “Tier-1” list which means they ...

  • What makes EZsolar.NET different?

Most of us by now have been exposed to, if not over-exposed to the high-pressure marketing tactics of the solar industry through door knocking, phone calls and misleading ads and not being able to buy a tool or groceries without a solar sales guy trying to pin us down.  That’s NOT us.  We believe in solar and want to remove the high pressure and even higher prices from the equation so you can get the very best return on your investment. Unlike the Do-It-Yourselfer platforms who might leave you hanging, we don’t have an “ADD TO CART” button.  When it ...

  • Why do many other solar companies say solar is FREE?

This is a shameless tactic to get their foot in the door.  Solar is not free, but it may essentially “pay for itself”.  Once they get in the door a high-pressure salesperson may present that your solar savings is less or equal to your loan payment.  Even though this may be true those loans can have some insanely high hidden fees which cover excessive profits, customer acquisition costs and sales commissions.

  • How fast will my EZSolar.net solar system pay for itself and then start generating free electricity?

There are three factors that you need to answer this question. A) how much is the system cost? B) how much power does it produce? C) what is the value of that power (utility rate)? If you sign up for one of those high pressure, “sign right here and let’s get started” guys, the solar may never pay for itself.  You will likely be on a 20-25 year loan that may never be cash flow positive.  This is where we come in.  The first item on the list of factors is the cost of the system, which is the only ...

  • When will my system ship to me?

within 48 hours after ordering, you will get a summary of what is shipping, where it is shipping from and approximately when.  Products may ship from multiple warehouses, but we strive to get all of your items on their way within a week.  We do not quote materials that are out of stock or on back order.

  • Are your solar systems warrantied?

Yes, all of the equipment manufacturers carry generous warranties on their products.  They also have technical support available to assist.  With online monitoring most trouble shooting, or confirmation of proper functionality can be done online.  If you hire an installer, you should ask them specifically about warrantying their own work, but most will be willing to offer manufacturer support also.

  • Do you offer financing?

No, most solar loans have a lot of very high fees associated with them and generally require the system to be installed by one of their dealers.  You certainly have the option to borrow from your bank or credit union, but we are focused on bringing you the best value possible.  The typical “solar loans” tend to have lots of hidden costs that can make this difficult.
